Some amenities felt a bit lacking. There were no complimentary items like water or slippers in the room, a letdown for the price. Guests reported slow and unreliable WiFi, and the awkward table assignments for breakfast created a crowded atmosphere, detracting from the experience. There were complaints about disruptive noise from other guests, especially in shared relaxation areas.

Location: the hotel was just next door to the center of Soelden, the village centre and bars / after-ski. It was 1 km from Giraffe Stop, offering quick-service food. Our king room included a private safe, central heating, and an electronic key card. The food was excellent with lots of options...

A good dinner experience
The food was consistently superb, with the evening meal with a good 5-course menu that included everything from salads to indulgent desserts. Each dish was a real treat, and the staff's friendliness enhanced our dining experience. The hotel has a fantastic ski boot room.
It felt a tad incomplete without basics like water or slippers. Some guests were inconsiderate in the spa area, which disrupted our relaxing time.

Cute place with fab dining!
Had such an amazing 5 nights here! The dinner was a total highlight, like can't miss it! Only bummer was the WiFi, kinda weak around the room. Plus, it's super close to the ski telecabin, literally steps away, perfect for our snowy adventures!

During my recent business trip to Solden, I had the pleasure of staying at Hubertus hotel, an exceptional choice made by our director. One of the highlights of this establishment is the Aqua Dome, the only thermal spa in Tyrol. With its wide range of facilities, including pools, saunas, and relaxation areas, it provided a much-needed retreat after a long day of work. The serene ambiance and the therapeutic benefits of the spa truly enhanced my stay at Hubertus.
Everything great.

the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. the restaurant served delicious dishes every night, which we enjoyed with a selection from their impressive wine cellar. the location of the hotel was perfect, situated between the Giggijoch and Gaislachkogl cable cars. This was our third stay at Hubertus, and each time has been thoroughly satisfying. We highly recommend it!
Nothing, everything was perfect! 😊.
